• Features and Applications TMTM-80 can extremely accelerate vulcanization rate of natural and synthetic rubber and has good anti-scorching safety. Its critical temperature is about 121 °C and vulcanization activity is about 10 % lower than that of TMTD.TMTM-80 can be used alone and its activity could be increased by accelerators of aldehyde-amines and guanidines. TMTM-80 is also commonly used as a secondary accelerator for sulfenamides and thiazoles. It also applicable as an anti-scorching retarder of non-sulfonated CR.

• Features and Applications TMTD-75 is a vulcanizing accelerator in natural and synthetic rubber, it can also act as a curing agent in low-sulfur and EV cure systems.The effective sulphur content is about 9.98% and its critical temperature of vulcanization is 100 °C. When used as a primary or secondary accelerator,TMTD-75 is often used together with CTP in NR, SBR, IR, BR, NBR and other diene rubber to improve rubber’s scorching safety. It is necessary to combine with zinc oxide and stearic acid when used as a primary accelerator.TMTD-75 is also used as a secondary accelerator for thiazoles and it can be used in combination with other accelerators in continuous curing systems. TMTD-75 is a scorch retarder for non-sulfonated CR.

The effective sulfur content is 18.75 %. When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is relatively safe at operating temperature, the vulcanized rubber has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. When used with thiazoles accelerators, it is especially suitable for NBR,with excellent compression deformation and heat resistance.Compared with other Thiuram accelerators, it shows better processing safety and higher cross-linking density, and reduces vulcanization reduction, improves thermal stability.
