- Features and Applications Medium speed accelerator used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber.DPG-80 has no accelerating and curing effect on IIR and EPDM and acts as a plasticizer and plastic-decomposing agent in CR.The critical vulcanization temperature is 141 °C. DPG-80 is with poor vulcanization flatness,slow vulcanization speed and good rubber safety. The aging resistance of its vulcanized rubber is poor when used alone and need to add antioxidant agent. DPG-80 is commonly used as an activator for thiazole, sulphenmides and thiuram and can be used for continuous vulcanization purpose when used along with DM and TMTD.

- Features and Applications Activator and accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber.DOTG-75 is very similar to D(diphenyl guanidine).Its activity is very low at operating temperature and operation is very safe.The critical temperature of DPG-80 is 141 °C and it’s very active at or above critical temperature.DPG-80 is also an important activator for accelerator of thiazoles, thiurams, and sulphenamides. It is a super accelerator when used with accelerator M and often used with HMDC in vulcanization systems with acrylate, polyurethane and others.
