TBzTD-75 is a rapid vulcanization accelerators and sulfur carriers for natural rubber and synthetic rubber and it’s mainly used to replace TMTD.Carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds will not be produced and released during vulcanization.It meets German requirements of "Technical Regulations for Dangerous Materials" TRGS 552 about toxicity of nitrosamines.TBzTD-75 has longer scorch time than TMTD-75.Sometime used as retarder in the vulcanization of PVC rubber. TBzTD-75 can be used as a retarder and used for Mercaptan-regulated CR compound together with ETU-75.
