    • Features and Applications TBBS-80 is a post-effect accelerator for natural rubber,synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber.It can increase the use ratio of synthetic rubber due to its safe operating temperature,good anti-scorching performance and fast curing rate, .It does not produce nitrosamine carcinogens during vulcanization. TBBS is an ideal alternative to NOBS and has excellent comprehensive performance.It can be combined with accelerators of Thiuram, guanidine, and aldoamine to increase activity,and form a good vulcanization system when used with anti-scorching agent PVI.It been regarded as a standard accelerator.

It can also be activated by M and DM. It can effectively improve the extension and tensile strength of vulcanized rubber. CBS has slight discoloration but no blooming.Its vulcanized rubber has good mechanical and anti-aging properties.
