- Features and Applications ETU-75 is a common accelerator for products of Halogen Rubber like CR, CSM and CPE. In the vulcanization system of non-sulfur modified CR,ETU-75 is generally used together with zinc oxide and magnesium oxide as vulcanizing agents to achieve better vulcanization performance. It can also be used as activator and secondary accelerator for low sulphur or non-sulphur vulcanization of other dienes rubber.

- Features and Applications DETU-75 has unique effect on the vulcanization of CR and its products have small permanent deformation and good aging resistance. In the vulcanization system of non-sulfur modified CR, DETU-75 has better vulcanization performance when combined with zinc oxide and magnesium oxide. It is also accelerator for IIR and vulcanized activator for EPDM.DETU has antioxidant effects on NR, CR, NBR and SBR; It can be activated by accelerators of ZDC and salicylic acid, but DM and TMTD can inhibit its activity. When the amount of activated thiazole and subsulfonamide accelerators in NR and SBR is large, it can be used for high temperature and high speed vulcanization.DETU-75 is especially suitable for the continuity of extruded products.

- Features and Applications DPTU-75 is a fast vulcanization accelerator for NR and CR and its critical temperature is 80ºC. It needs to avoid early vulcanization for compounding and its activity is high at or above 100ºC. The finished products are tough,with excellent tensile strength and flexibility, but the products will suffer light discoloration. DPTU is also used as a thermal stabilizer for PVC by emulsion polymerization, especially suitable for soft products. It can not be used with stabilizers such as lead and cadmium, otherwise it will lead to products discoloration.

- Features and Applications DBTU-75 is a fast vulcanization accelerator for CR and it also promotes vulcanization of NR,SBR,IIR and EPDM. DBTU has similar performance to ETU and DETU and it is suitable for rubber with low vulcanization temperature.DBTU-75 is with good physical properties. It is practically odourless. It has anti-ozone effect for NR and SR, particularly for SBR. It is also a corrosion inhibitor.
