DPTU-75 is a fast vulcanization accelerator for NR and CR and its critical temperature is 80ºC. It needs to avoid early vulcanization for compounding and its activity is high at or above 100ºC. The finished products are tough,with excellent tensile strength and flexibility, but the products will suffer light discoloration. DPTU is also used as a thermal stabilizer for PVC by emulsion polymerization, especially suitable for soft products. It can not be used with stabilizers such as lead and cadmium, otherwise it will lead to products discoloration.
