Commonly employed as a crosslinker and initiator in applications such as silicone rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polyurethane, and EVA. Compared to products like 3M and di-tert-butyl, it offers superior processing safety—no dusting, no leakage, and excellent handling characteristics. First DCP-40GE First DCP-40GE Chemical composition: Diisopropylbenzene Peroxide Complex carrier: Characteristics: A general-purpose crosslinking agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and polyolefins; pre-dispersed masterbatch offering excellent processing safety—no dusting or leakage during handling. However, products crosslinked with this agent tend to have a strong odor, which can be effectively reduced only through secondary vulcanization. If low odor is required, we recommend using BIBP (odorless DCP) instead.

During the compounding process, it provides excellent lubrication to plastic macromolecules, reducing frictional heat generated between polymer chains and significantly lowering energy consumption during rubber mixing.
