| First DCBS (DZ)-80 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: N,N-Dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: Sulfenamide accelerators for both natural and synthetic rubber; compared to CBS, DCBS offers superior scorch resistance, higher molecular weight, enhanced structural stability, greater thermal decomposition resistance at room temperature, reduced environmental impact, and lower odor. Additionally, vulcanized products exhibit outstanding adhesion properties when in contact with metals such as brass. |
| First OTOS-80 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: N-Oxydiethylene thiocarbamoyl-N'-oxydiethylene sulfenamide | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: A delayed primary accelerator for common rubbers such as NR, SBR, NBR, and EPDM; it offers superior delaying effects and processing safety compared to other benzothiazole and sulfenamide accelerators like M and DM. Ideal for high-temperature vulcanization, this accelerator exhibits significant activity above a critical sulfurization temperature of 149°C. When used in natural rubber at elevated temperatures, it demonstrates excellent resistance to reduction, resulting in products with outstanding heat resistance and minimal compression set. |
| First NOBS(MBS)-80 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: N-Oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: Suitable for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, cis-polybutadiene rubber, and other synthetic rubbers; it acts as a delayed-action vulcanization accelerator with lower activity but greater delay, resulting in shorter curing times and excellent scorch resistance. It ensures safe processing and prevents surface blooming, making it ideal for tire products. Due to growing environmental concerns, TBBS (NS) is now commonly used as a more eco-friendly alternative. |
| First CBS(CZ)-80 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: Common post-curing accelerators for both natural and synthetic rubber offer excellent scorch resistance, ensure safe processing operations, and promote rapid vulcanization. They are particularly well-suited for carbon black compounds produced via the oil furnace method, which tend to have higher alkalinity levels. In synthetic rubber applications, these accelerators are often used in combination with other accelerators such as TMTM, TMTD, PZ, DPG, or other alkaline-based promoters. Additionally, they can be activated by M or DM, effectively enhancing the set stress and tensile strength of the vulcanized rubber. While exhibiting slight discoloration, they do not bleed to the surface, and the resulting vulcanizates demonstrate outstanding mechanical properties and superior aging resistance. |
| First MDB-75 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: 2-(4-Morpholinothio)benzothiazole | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: Post-accelerators and vulcanizing agents for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. When used as an accelerator, it exhibits performance similar to CZ in NR and SBR. As a vulcanizing agent, its application is comparable to TMTD, yet it offers superior scorch resistance. However, when used alone, it cures relatively slowly; therefore, it’s advisable to add a small amount of thiazole or dithiocarbamate accelerators to enhance the process. |
| First ZMBT (MZ)-80 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: Zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole salt | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: High-speed vulcanization accelerators for natural and synthetic rubber, free from rubber staining properties. MZ exhibits the same performance as M, with a critical vulcanization temperature of 138°C, outstanding scorch resistance, enhanced operational safety, minimal risk of premature curing, and an exceptionally wide vulcanization plateau. |
| First CaO-90 Dehumidifying and Defoaming Agent | ![]() |
Chemical composition: Calcium oxide | Complex carrier: / | Characteristics: Applied to both natural and synthetic rubber; effectively absorbs moisture within the compound, eliminating surface defects caused by water; enhances bubble uniformity in foamed products, significantly reducing defect rates; suitable for use in atmospheric continuous vulcanization systems, such as salt bath, microwave, or hot-air curing processes. |
| First Si172-50 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: Vinyl tris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane | Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR | Characteristics: It is a bifunctional molecule that features both polar and non-polar functional groups, enabling it to react simultaneously with inorganic fillers as well as organic polymers. This enhances the tensile strength of the compound, increases cross-link density, reduces compression set, and improves the overall physical and mechanical properties of the final product. It is particularly suitable for peroxide-crosslinked compounds and offers superior resistance to thermal aging. |
| First E/C-80 | ![]() |
Chemical composition: N-Phenyl-N-[(trichloromethyl)thio]benzenesulfonamide | Complex carrier: EPDM/EVM | Characteristics: An effective high-temperature anti-scorch agent suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and various vulcanization accelerator systems—including, in particular, EPDM—this product effectively prevents premature scorching during the mixing and storage processes, significantly enhancing operational safety. Compared to CTP, E/C offers superior high-temperature anti-scorch performance with lower dosages, reduced odor, and no formation of nitrosamines during vulcanization. It is especially ideal for applications requiring fast vulcanization at elevated temperatures. |
