Headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, FIRST Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. operates two core production bases in Dongguan and Nanjing. Since its founding in 2007, the company has grown into a pioneering industry leader integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales of rubber additives, pre-dispersed masterbatches, dispersants, rubber masterbatches, and elastomer alloys.
With R&D centers established in both Dongguan and Nanjing, FIRST brings together strong technical teams, world-class laboratory and testing instruments, and highly efficient sales and customer service teams. Nanjing Production Base
As one of the two manufacturing engines of the FIRST Group, Nanjing FIRST Technology Co., Ltd. is equipped with industry-leading production facilities and a comprehensive quality testing system. The company has achieved dual quality management certifications: ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016, with an annual production capacity exceeding 30,000 tons.
Our entire product portfolio strictly complies with international environmental regulations including RoHS, PAHs, and REACH SVHC, and is widely used in tires, rubber shoe materials, hoses, rubber seals, sports equipment, insulation materials, wires & cables, automotive components, and various rubber products.
Product quality and reliable delivery have earned high recognition from customers in domestic, European, American, and Southeast Asian markets.
TFounded in 2007 with an initial annual capacity of 10,000 tons, the company has now expanded to over 30,000 tons. We offer more than 100 self-branded products, including zinc oxide series, processing aids, accelerators, antioxidants, anti-scorching agents, and vulcanizing agents.
We focus on developing differentiated, low-competition, and high-conversion products, such as highly dispersible eco-friendly zinc oxide, low-VOC nitrosamine-free rubber accelerators, long-lasting heat-resistant antioxidants, as well as eco-friendly vulcanizing agents for wires & cablesand custom anti-scorching agents for automotive seals, helping customers reduce overall costs.
The company has 5 regional offices in key provinces and cities including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Chongqing, supported by over 50 dedicated service professionals to ensure fast response, accurate technical support, and after-sales service.
