First MDB-75	Chemical composition: 2-(4-Morpholinothio)benzothiazole	Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR	Characteristics: Post-accelerators and vulcanizing agents for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. When used as an accelerator, it exhibits performance similar to CZ in NR and SBR. As a vulcanizing agent, its application is comparable to TMTD, yet it offers superior scorch resistance. However, when used alone, it cures relatively slowly; therefore, it’s advisable to add a small amount of thiazole or dithiocarbamate accelerators to enhance the process.
First MBTS(DM)-75	Chemical composition: Dibenzothiazole dithide	Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR	Characteristics: A general-purpose accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and reclaimed rubber—offers excellent flatness, moderate vulcanization speed, a relatively high critical vulcanization temperature, significant post-cure effects, prevents premature curing, and ensures safe handling.
First ZMBT (MZ)-80	Chemical composition: Zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole salt	Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR	Characteristics: High-speed vulcanization accelerators for natural and synthetic rubber, free from rubber staining properties. MZ exhibits the same performance as M, with a critical vulcanization temperature of 138°C, outstanding scorch resistance, enhanced operational safety, minimal risk of premature curing, and an exceptionally wide vulcanization plateau.
First MBT(M)-75	Chemical composition: 2-Thiobenzothiazole	Complex carrier: EPDM/SBR	Characteristics: A general-purpose accelerator for both natural and synthetic rubber. It offers rapid vulcanization rates, requires low vulcanization temperatures (as low as 125°C), and provides a wide vulcanization plateau. Used in sulfur-free or low-sulfur systems, as well as in chloroprene rubber, it functions effectively as an anti-scorch agent and a vulcanization retarder. Additionally, it helps plasticize and soften raw rubber.
