First TPK First TPK Chemical composition: 4,4'-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine Complex carrier: Characteristics: This product is a non-toxic, non-polluting, odorless, and light-colored amine-based antioxidant, ideal for protecting neoprene rubber, acrylate rubber, polyether polyols, and other materials susceptible to aging caused by high heat, UV exposure, and other factors. With its high molecular weight and low volatility, it offers significantly superior antioxidant durability compared to phenolic antioxidants like SP, 1010, and BHT—making it the perfect alternative to traditional phenolic formulations. Additionally, it exhibits excellent synergistic effects when used in combination with sulfur-containing antioxidants.
First TPL First TPL Chemical composition: p-Cresol and Dicyclopentadiene Butylation Product Complex carrier: Characteristics: A polymer-type hindered phenol antioxidant, suitable for both natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as their latex and butadiene compounds. It is primarily used to maintain the color stability and durability of polymers and rubber products, with no significant impact on the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound. Additionally, it does not cause staining and exhibits excellent resistance to extraction.
First SP-P First SP-P Chemical composition: Styrenated phenol Complex carrier: SiO2 Characteristics: This product is a moderately non-polluting antioxidant that provides excellent protection against heat aging, flex fatigue, light exposure, and weathering. It is suitable for use in light-colored rubber products such as natural rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, and butyl rubber, as well as in plastic materials like polyolefins and polyoxymethylene. The product exhibits no discoloration, no staining, no blooming, and ensures easy dispersion throughout the material.
First SP-B First SP-B Chemical composition: Styrenated phenol Complex carrier: SBR Characteristics: This product is a moderately non-polluting antioxidant, offering excellent protection against heat aging, flex fatigue, light exposure, and weathering. It is suitable for use in light-colored rubber products such as natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, and butyl rubber, as well as in plastic materials like polyolefins and polyoxymethylene. The product ensures no discoloration, no contamination, no blooming, and easy dispersion.
First MMBI-70 First MMBI-70 Chemical composition: 2-Thiomercaptomethylbenzimidazole Complex carrier: EPDM Characteristics: A versatile medium-grade antioxidant widely used in both natural and synthetic rubber products, it effectively protects against oxygen, weathering aging, and static aging. It also provides excellent protection against copper-induced damage and helps mitigate the adverse effects caused by over-sulfurization during rubber vulcanization. This antioxidant can be used alone or combined with other anti-aging agents—such as TPC, DNP, AP, and other non-polluting antioxidants—to achieve remarkable synergistic effects.
First MBZ-70 First MBZ-70 Chemical composition: 2-Thiophenylbenzimidazole Zinc Salt Complex carrier: EPDM Characteristics: A versatile medium-grade antioxidant widely used in both natural and synthetic rubber products; it effectively protects against oxygen, weathering, and static aging, while also providing robust protection against copper-induced degradation and mitigating the adverse effects of overvulcanization during rubber compounding. Additionally, it enhances adhesion between the rubber compound and reinforcing materials. This antioxidant can be used alone or combined synergistically with other anti-aging agents such as TPC, DNP, AP, and other non-polluting antioxidants for even better performance.
First MB-80 First MB-80 Chemical composition: 2-Thiophenylbenzimidazole Complex carrier: EPDM Characteristics: A versatile medium-grade antioxidant widely used in both natural and synthetic rubber. It exhibits excellent heat resistance when applied to sulfur-free vulcanized compounds and is also commonly employed as a curing accelerator for chloroprene rubber, as well as a heat stabilizer for rubber formulations. This antioxidant can be used alone or combined with other anti-aging agents—such as TPC, DNP, AP, and other non-polluting antioxidants—for a significantly enhanced synergistic effect. It disperses easily, is simple to measure, doesn’t generate dust, has minimal bitterness, and remains color-stable under sunlight. As a result, it’s suitable for both light-colored and dark-colored products (except those intended for food contact applications).
First TPK-80 First TPK-80 Chemical composition: 4,4'-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine Complex carrier: EPDM Characteristics: This product is a non-toxic, non-polluting, odorless, and light-colored amine-based antioxidant, ideal for protecting neoprene rubber, acrylate rubber, polyether polyols, and other materials susceptible to aging caused by high heat, UV exposure, and other factors.
First TPM First TPM Chemical composition: Combination of mercaptobenzimidazole with diphenylamine derivatives Complex carrier: EPDM Characteristics: This product serves as an antioxidant for natural rubber and diene-based synthetic rubbers, offering effective protection against oxygen, weathering, and static aging. It also provides robust defense against copper-induced degradation and helps mitigate the adverse effects caused by over-sulfurization during the vulcanization process of rubber products. The product can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents—particularly when paired with TPC, it delivers excellent antioxidant, ozone-resistant, and anti-blooming performance. Additionally, it disperses easily, retains its color under sunlight, and is free from any staining or environmental contamination.
First TPC First TPC Chemical composition: Special ether and acetal compounds of alkene double bonds Complex carrier: EPDM Characteristics: It is a highly effective rubber-specific antioxidant, suitable for both natural and synthetic rubbers. This product effectively inhibits ozone aging and thermo-oxidative degradation under harsh, humid, and high-temperature conditions—particularly preventing rubber products from "blooming" or turning white. It is colorless, non-migratory, non-polluting, non-toxic, low-odor, and easily dispersible. Importantly, it addresses the common drawbacks of existing antioxidants used in light-colored products, such as their limited effectiveness and tendency to cause contamination.
