Melting point: 96 ～103℃
Ash content: 12%～14%

Storage period: 18 months under cool and dry conditions
Application:
1. As a flow dispersant, FST ZD-G12 is especially suitable for internal mixers. It can be used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, such as NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM, etc.
2. FST ZD-G12 can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound, reduce the temperature of the compounding process, and prevent early scorching.
3. FST ZD-G12 improves the processability of the rubber material, reduces the extrusion expansion rate of the rubber material, and makes the surface of the product smoother.
4. FST ZD-G12 increases the amount of injection and extrusion, reduces defective products and reduces the rate of defective production.
Usage: One-stage mixing can be used with other compounding agents at the same time, and multi-stage mixing can be added after adding carbon black.
Dosage: Generally 1～3phr.
