Application:
1. In rubber products such as extrusion molding, complex molds, microcellular foaming, etc., it can improve the venting and mold release properties, and obtain better dimensional stability.
2. Reduce the viscosity of the raw rubber, have lubricating and dispersing effects, and improve the fluidity of the rubber.
3. In the injection molding process, the injection volume can be increased, especially the effect is better in the special shape mold.
4. It can be applied to natural rubber and synthetic rubber, such as NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM, etc.
Usage: add it together with the filler.
Dosage: 1～3phr.
