First PL400-50P First PL400-50P Chemical composition: Trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate Complex carrier: Inert inorganic substance Characteristics: Auxiliary crosslinking agents used in peroxide vulcanization of materials such as ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and chlorinated polyethylene elastomer (CPE); these agents enhance the corrosion resistance, aging durability, hardness, and heat resistance of the final products. They ensure processing without leakage or dust generation, making them easy to weigh and disperse uniformly. During mixing, they act as plasticizers, while during vulcanization, they contribute to increased hardness. Additionally, these agents help reduce radiation dosage, shorten irradiation time, and boost crosslink density.
First 3M (29)-50P First 3M (29)-50P Chemical composition: 1. 1,1-Bis(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane Complex carrier: Characteristics: Particularly well-suited for the vulcanization of transparent products, such as glass-glue shoe soles, this material offers one of the highest levels of transparency among peroxide-cured systems. Certified by the U.S. FDA, it is non-toxic and can be used in food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade applications—such as high-pressure cooker sealing rings, for instance. The vulcanization process is remarkably fast, with minimal compression set. When combined with bridging aids like TAIC or TMPTMA, the curing speed is further accelerated. This product is ideal for crosslinking ethylene-propylene rubber, nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, and polyurethane-based elastomers.
First 101 (Double 25) - 70P First 101 (Double 25) - 70P Chemical composition: 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert-butylperoxy)hexane Complex carrier: Characteristics: Used as a crosslinking agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and thermoplastic polyolefins, this compound features a bifunctional structure. It is commonly employed as a crosslinker and initiator in applications such as silicone rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polyurethane, and EVA. Compared to products like 3M and di-tert-butyl peroxide, it offers superior processing safety and ease of handling. Moreover, vulcanized products made with this agent exhibit excellent physical properties and outstanding heat resistance.

First BIBP-40P First BIBP-40P Chemical composition: Dibutyl peroxy isopropylbenzene Complex carrier: Characteristics: Odorless crosslinking agents for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and polyolefins; at equivalent levels of crosslinking, the amount of BIBP required is approximately two-thirds that of DCP. It offers excellent processing safety and produces finished products with minimal irritating odors.
First DCP-40P First DCP-40P Chemical composition: Diisopropylbenzene Peroxide Complex carrier: Characteristics: A general-purpose crosslinking agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and polyolefins; a white powder with excellent processing safety. However, products crosslinked with this agent tend to have a strong odor, which can be effectively reduced through secondary vulcanization. If low-odor performance is required, we recommend using BIBP (odorless DCP) instead.
