Application:
1. FST DTDM-80GE is used as a vulcanizing agent and accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is mainly used in tires, conveyor belts, hoses or some molded injection molded products that adopt high temperature vulcanization.
2. FST DTDM-80GE will decompose during the vulcanization process to release active sulfur, and its sulfur content is about 27%.
3. FST DTDM-80GE is slow when used alone. It is often used with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and used to increase the vulcanization speed. Adding a small amount of sulfur has a better effect.
4. FST DTDM-80GE can reduce the permanent compression set of products and provide effective physical properties.
5. FST DTDM-80GE has excellent dispersibility, safe operation, no discoloration, no pollution, no frost.
Usage: Join with other medicine glue in the opening section of the training machine.
Suggested dosage: 1.0～2.0phr.
