Application:
1. FST IS-75GE is a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, with a total sulfur content of 75%.
2. FST IS-75GE can prevent rubber delamination or peeling of the patch caused by sulfur injection.
3. FST IS-75GE can avoid uneven vulcanization properties and surface sulphur spewing caused by excessively high sulfur concentration on the surface of the product.
4. FST IS-75GE can effectively solve the problem of rubber storage scorch and increase the number of rubber recycling during the molding process.
5. FST IS-75GE has excellent dispersibility, especially suitable for products with low hardness.
6. FST IS-75GE is especially suitable for compounds that require shorter mixing time.
7. With alkaline substances or the temperature exceeds 100 ℃ will cause FST IS-75GE to convert into ordinary sulfur.
Usage: Join with other medicine glue in the opening section of the training machine.

Suggested dosage: general vulcanization system: 2.5～4.5phr,
Semi-effective vulcanization system: 1.2-2.0phr,
Effective curing system: 0.25-1.0phr.
