First Rubber LF-32 is a highly effective pre-dispersed white carbon black (silica) dispersant. Its chemical composition is a unique blend of fatty acids, fatty acid soaps, and fatty acid esters. During mixing, it adsorbs onto the surface of silica particles, acting as a physical barrier to prevent particle aggregation and ensure uniform dispersion throughout the rubber matrix. This dramatically enhances processability, reduces extrusion die swell, and yields smoother product surfaces. Significantly, LF-32 achieves these processing benefits without any adverse effects on the compound's vulcanization rate or final physical properties. It is compatible with both natural and synthetic rubbers, including NR, SBR, BR, and EPDM, and is particularly vital for formulating high-performance compounds where uniform filler dispersion is critical.

First Rubber MAC-1489 is a highly effective anti-yellowing accelerator masterbatch on EPDM carrier. Specifically designed for white and light-colored rubber goods, it delivers outstanding yellowing resistance, achieving grades 4.0 to 5.0 under stable formulation conditions. The product offers a moderate vulcanization speed, with wear resistance, tensile strength, and tear resistance comparable to standard accelerator systems. MAC-1489 is non-staining and non-discoloring, ensuring consistent color stability throughout the product's life. A key advantage is its excellent scorch resistance, allowing compounded rubber to remain stable at room temperature for 3-5 days—overcoming a common limitation of conventional yellowing-resistant accelerators. Recommended dosage: 1.0-3.0 phr with 0.5-2.5 phr sulfur.

First Rubber EM33-75 is a pre-dispersed composite accelerator masterbatch specially formulated for ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) compounds. As a comprehensive accelerator, it eliminates the need for complex blending of multiple single accelerators, simplifying the mixing process and reducing the risk of compounding errors. EM33-75 offers an excellent balance of fast cure speed, long scorch time, and outstanding vulcanization flatness. Its non-blooming, non-staining, and low-odor characteristics make it particularly suitable for light-colored and white rubber goods such as automotive weather seals, hoses, gaskets, and shoe soles. The pre-dispersed masterbatch form ensures dust-free handling, excellent dispersion, and consistent performance. Recommended dosage: 2.0-3.5 phr.
