As a general dispersing agent,LF-34 is particularly suitable for processing in internal mixer and can be used in both natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM etc. It can obviously improve the Mooney viscosity of raw rubber,lower temperature in mixing process, reduce energy consumption and prevent early scorching. It can also improve rubber’s processing properties, reduce pressure expansion rate, make products surface more smooth,increase the amount of injection and extrusion, reduce the number of defective products and production bad rate. There is no adverse effect on rubber vulcanization speed and physical properties.
