As a multifunctional rubber chemical, PDM-75 can prevent vulcanization reversion in natural rubber if used together with sulphur. As an auxiliary vulcanizing agent, it reduces the dosage of peroxide, significantly improves properties of cross-linking and heat resistance. PDM is suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems, significantly reduces the pressure change and improves rubber’s anti-scorching performance. As a sulfur-free vulcanizing agent,it can be used in cable rubber, replacing thiazoles, thiurams,thus solved the problem of copper pollution and blackening caused by the contact of copper conductor and copper electric appliances exposure to sulfur vulcanizing agent.
