ZBPD-50 is a fast vulcanization accelerator for NR and EPDM;It is not blooming, easy to disperse and with stable product performance. Amino-free structure,ZBPD-50 is commonly used in vulcanization systems without nitrosamines produced.It is often used in light,bright and white color rubber products. It also replaces DPG as a secondary accelerator to reduce toxicity of DPG to rubber; For the manufacture of articles that in contact with food, it’s need to refer to the regulations in categories 4 from BgVV XXI, and there is no provision for FDA concerning applications contact with food.
