Medium speed accelerator used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber.DPG-80 has no accelerating and curing effect on IIR and EPDM and acts as a plasticizer and plastic-decomposing agent in CR.The critical vulcanization temperature is 141 °C. DPG-80 is with poor vulcanization flatness,slow vulcanization speed and good rubber safety. The aging resistance of its vulcanized rubber is poor when used alone and need to add antioxidant agent. DPG-80 is commonly used as an activator for thiazole, sulphenmides and thiuram and can be used for continuous vulcanization purpose when used along with DM and TMTD.
