Rubber Additives Warehouse
Where Quality Is Stored, Not Just Made
Consistent rubber additive performance depends not only on how you make it – but also on how you store it. Moisture, dust, and cross‑contamination can degrade even the best‑formulated masterbatch. That is why we treat our warehouses as an extension of our quality system.
Clean and dry. Our Dongguan and Nanjing warehouses are kept clean, dry, and well‑ventilated – conditions that protect accelerators, peroxides, and blowing agents from moisture pick‑up and caking. No water leaks, no excessive humidity.
Segregated by product type. Accelerators, antioxidants, vulcanizing agents, and pre‑dispersed masterbatches each have their own designated storage zones. Separate pallets and dedicated aisles prevent chemical cross‑reactions and powder mixing. You get exactly what you ordered – no contamination risk.
FIFO discipline. We rotate stock strictly. Older batches are placed at the front and shipped first. Our inventory records track each batch’s production date and storage location, giving us full traceability. This guarantees that you never receive stale or degraded material.
Ready stock for fast response. Most of our standard product grades are kept in sufficient quantity for immediate dispatch. For urgent customer needs, we can release a shipment from our Dongguan warehouse within 24–48 hours – minimizing your production downtime.
What this means for you: When you see a First Rubber warehouse picture, you are not looking at a simple storage room. You are looking at a system – clean, organized, FIFO‑driven – that ensures every bag of additive arrives in the same condition it left our plant.
