Product Overview
First® FM-42 is a universal flow demoulding agent based on a synergistic blend of saturated fatty acid soap salts and high-efficiency lubricants. It is designed to solve two key challenges in rubber processing: poor flow and difficult demolding.
This internal processing aid reduces green rubber viscosity, enhances cavity filling, and ensures clean release from molds – especially in complex-shaped molds, microcellular foaming, and injection molding applications.
FM-42 is suitable for a wide range of general-purpose rubbers, including NR, SBR, BR, NBR, and EPDM.

Packaging: 25 kg/bag (kraft paper + PE liner) or as customer request
Storage: Keep in cool, dry place below 30°C, avoid moisture
Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture
