Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) – GB/T29490-2013 (2020–2023)

From 2020 to 2023, First Rubber was certified under the national standard GB/T29490-2013 for intellectual property management. The scope included the research, development, production, and sales of rubber and plastic auxiliaries. To meet the requirements, we established a formal process for identifying patentable inventions, conducting prior art searches, and filing applications. We also implemented controls for confidential information and employee IP training. During this three‑year period, we filed several utility model patents that remain active today, including automated conveyor systems and dust control devices. The certification helped us embed IP awareness into our engineering culture. Although the certificate is no longer current, the practices we built continue to protect our innovations.
