Mixing NBR with EPDM? Incompatible polarities cause poor dispersion, rough extrudates, and air leaks. First® RZ‑113 homogenizing resin acts as a compatibilizer – shorter mixing, lower energy, smoother surfaces, fewer bubbles, better airtightness.
ZnO-N50GE is a high‑performance nano‑grade zinc oxide pre‑dispersed masterbatch with 50% active content in an EPDM carrier. It provides superior vulcanization activity, excellent transparency, and dust‑free processing, making it ideal for high‑quality rubber compounds requiring consistent curing and clean handling.
First Rubber ZnO-H80 is a high-activity, dust‑free zinc oxide pre‑dispersed masterbatch with 80% active content, designed to improve scorch resistance and curing consistency for tires, hoses, belts, and industrial rubber goods.
First Rubber EFB-108 is a highly efficient wear-resistant additive (wear-resistant coating) specifically designed for EVA foaming compounds. Based on trimethoxy gamma-glycidoxypropylsilicone chemistry with an EVA carrier, it is optimized for the polymer matrix. This product significantly enhances abrasion resistance and tear strength, while also improving the reinforcing efficiency of fillers such as silica and calcium carbonate. Unlike traditional liquid silicone oil additives, EFB-108, as a EVA-based masterbatch, does not migrate or exude on the product surface, maintaining a clean, tack-free finish. It is compatible with EVA and EVA blends with other rubbers, making it ideal for high-performance foamed products. Recommended dosage: 2.5-4.0 phr.
First Rubber TPK is a highly efficient, non‑toxic, and non‑staining aryl secondary amine antioxidant, widely recognized as AO‑445. Its high molecular weight and low volatility deliver superior long‑term thermal and anti‑ozonant protection compared to conventional phenolic antioxidants (SP, 1010, BHT). TPK is compatible with NR, SBR, BR, NBR, CR, and EPDM, making it an ideal solution for automotive components, industrial hoses, wire & cable sheathing, and other demanding rubber applications. It also exhibits an excellent passivation effect on heavy metal catalysts, and can be used alone or synergistically with other sulfur‑containing antioxidants.
TPM is a tea polyphenol based multifunctional rubber additive developed through Mannich reaction. It combines antioxidant and accelerator functions in one product, offering superior protection against oxygen, heat, and ozone aging while improving crosslinking efficiency in SSBR and natural rubber compounds. Non‑staining and non‑discoloring, TPM is ideal for light‑colored and high‑performance rubber goods including tires, shoe soles, and technical rubber parts.
