Struggling with sticky rollers, slow extrusion, or high mixing energy on FKM, ACM, or HNBR? First® LF‑36 is a specialty flow dispersant for polar rubbers. Reduces Mooney viscosity, eliminates mill sticking, boosts extrusion rate, and eases demolding. No negative impact on cure or heat/oil resistance.
Mixing too hot, scorch risk, or poor extrusion surface? First® LF34 is a zinc‑free multifunctional flow dispersant. Lowers Mooney viscosity, cuts mixing energy, improves roll‑sticking, reduces die swell, and delivers smooth surfaces – without delaying cure. For NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM.
Extrusion line running hot, rough surfaces, or unpredictable die swell? First® LF‑33 is a high‑performance flow dispersant for EPDM and general rubbers. Lowers Mooney viscosity, prevents scorch, reduces die swell, delivers smooth finishes – no cure interference.
First Rubber LF-32 is a highly effective pre-dispersed white carbon black (silica) dispersant. Its chemical composition is a unique blend of fatty acids, fatty acid soaps, and fatty acid esters. During mixing, it adsorbs onto the surface of silica particles, acting as a physical barrier to prevent particle aggregation and ensure uniform dispersion throughout the rubber matrix. This dramatically enhances processability, reduces extrusion die swell, and yields smoother product surfaces. Significantly, LF-32 achieves these processing benefits without any adverse effects on the compound's vulcanization rate or final physical properties. It is compatible with both natural and synthetic rubbers, including NR, SBR, BR, and EPDM, and is particularly vital for formulating high-performance compounds where uniform filler dispersion is critical.
