JishouFirst BIPB-40GE
First Rubber BIPB-40GE is a high‑efficiency, odorless organic peroxide crosslinking agent, presented as a pre‑dispersed masterbatch in an EPDM binder with an active content of approximately 40%. As a superior alternative to conventional DCP, it offers a cleaner, safer, and more efficient solution for crosslinking a wide range of polymers. Its dust‑free granule form ensures excellent dispersion, improves workplace safety, and enables precise automatic feeding. In applications requiring exceptional thermal stability, low odor, and superior mechanical properties, BIPB-40GE is the preferred choice for high‑performance rubber and plastic products.

Product Description
Anyone who has worked with DCP knows the smell — pungent during processing, and the finished product still has an odour months later. Some European markets have already started restricting DCP in consumer goods. BIPB-40GE is the low‑odour alternative. Its chemical name is bis(tert‑butyldioxyisopropyl)benzene, with approximately 40% active content, pre‑dispersed on an EPDM carrier as granules. The most immediate benefit: no unpleasant smell in your workshop, and no odour in the final product. Automotive interior parts, footwear foams, and cable insulation customers who made the switch rarely go back. Performance is not compromised. To achieve the same crosslinking effect, BIPB typically requires only about two‑thirds of the DCP dosage. Vulcanisates show better heat resistance and much lower compression set — a critical advantage for sealing applications. Safe processing temperature is around 135°C, with typical crosslinking at 175°C, giving you a wide operating window. The granule form also brings hidden benefits: no moisture absorption, no caking, accurate weighing. Factories with automated feeding lines appreciate the consistency. If you are still using DCP, and your customers are starting to ask for lower odour, BIPB-40GE is worth trying. Typical reference data: - Chemical name: Di-tert‑butyldioxyisopropyl)benzene - Appearance: White to off‑white granules - Safe processing temperature: Approx. 80°C - Recommended dosage: Approx. 2/3 of DCP dosage (please test for your formulation) - Packaging: 25 kg carton with inner PE liner - Storage stability: 12 months in unopened packaging below 25°C, dry Samples and technical data sheets are available. No hard selling — just for your evaluation.
