Thermal Initiation
At 140–160°C, OBSH decomposes endothermically, initiating the foam blowing process.Nucleation
Generates a large amount of gas, forming uniform bubble nuclei – this is the critical first step of foam blowing.Cell Growth
Gas continues to diffuse, cells grow uniformly, and foam blowing enters the stable expansion stage.Cell Stabilization
Upon cooling, a closed‑cell blowing foam is formed, with fine cells, no odor, and no discoloration
